​July 4th was a wonderful day at the Belmont Veterans Memorial Pier as we gathered to pay Tribute and Honor our Community Servants, and our Veterans they served.

We are saddened that our founder Barbara Fay has recently passed away, and it has been a blessing to work with her for many years. 

Barbara will surely be missed by all, and with her history of community service here in Long Beach, her Tradition carries on.

Once we announce thelighthousebunch.com October 12th, getting our business to business network started will be good for all of us. Getting our citizens to help with community engagement, will come with CERT (California Emergency Relief Teams) Training and volunteer networking and Meetings.

On August 5th 2023, the founders of The Lighthouse Bunch gathered for the first time at our City Long Beach Veterans Memorial Belmont Pier "Kids Fishing Rodeo". 

There as invited, we were greeted by the Kids Fishing Rodeo teams from Southern California Tuna Club and California Fish, Game and Wildlife

With Buoy's on the Pier, Uncle Joe at the Baitshack provided a brand of hospitality that was geared for all. It was great to have been commissioned to paint our American Flag on the Baitshack for the event, and it seems to be loved by all. 

When Lee arrived whom owns and operates our local Harvest Farmers Markets at Bixby Park and Marine Stadium, it was a beautiful sight to see Uncle Joe and Lee standing side by side with their Captains hats on. 

Barbara Fay arrived from our Veterans Administration Gold Star Manor, and meeting and having lunch with the CA Fish, Game and Wildlife crew, was a blessing to us all.

As we shared The Lighthouse Bunch environment and safety program with them, they shared their insight and ecological concerns. 

Blessed on this day, it was a wonderful way to come together as founders of The Lighthouse Bunch, 2028 Olympic Safety Ambassadors
